Delivery Times & Process
- Order Processing: Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- UK Delivery:
- Standard delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Many areas (especially major cities) receive orders in 2–4 business days.
- EU Delivery:
- Standard delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch (depending on the country and customs clearance).
- Remote areas or islands may take slightly longer.
Note for larger items (e.g., split-system AC units or multi-pack orders): Delivery may use specialist couriers and could require a kerbside or two-person delivery service. We’ll contact you to arrange a convenient date/time slot where possible.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details and a direct link to monitor your package in real time. Track anytime via the carrier’s website or our order status page in your account.
Important Delivery Information
- Signature Required: For security and proof of delivery, a signature may be required on arrival (especially for high-value items).
- Access & Assistance: Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during the estimated window. If a redelivery is needed, additional fees may apply (charged by the carrier).
- Customs & Duties (EU only): All applicable import duties, VAT, and customs fees are included in your order total — you won’t pay anything extra on arrival.
- Damaged or Missing Items: Inspect your delivery carefully upon arrival. If anything is damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve it quickly (full details in our Returns Policy).
